What is the indemnity payment term?

BTA will inform you on the amount of damage and decision made with regard to payment of the insurance benefit as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days after receipt of all the required documents, including a police statement.

When a decision is made to pay down the benefit, BTA may offer:

• Repair your vehicle at a repair shop offered by BTA or another repair shop at your choice.
• Pay a monetary indemnity which is to be transferred to a bank account indicated by the applicant.

In case of a theft or burglary, the insurance benefit is paid out when all the required documents are received, including the police statement.
