How to receive the insurance benefit?

BTA will inform you on the amount of damage and decision made with regard to payment of the insurance benefit as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days after receipt of all the required documents. There are 2 possibilities of indemnification:

• insurance benefit shall be paid to a bank account indicated by the applicant
• insurance benefit shall be transferred directly to a bank account of the repair or utility service company that has performed the repair works.
