  • In the event of an accident, contact a medical institution immediately, but no later than within 72 hours, to provide you with the necessary medical assistance.
  • Obtain a medical certificate from the medical institution with details of the diagnosis and treatment.
  • Inform BTA about the event by phone or by filling in the notification form on the website and submit the necessary documents.

We always inform our clients about the status of their claims. When the status has changed, or there is a need for additional informations, or the indemnity is calculated, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. You can also see the status at the self-service portal.

  • Inform BTA about the event by phone or by filling in the notification form on the website and submit the necessary documents.
  • BTA will make a decision on the payment of the insurance indemnity within the shortest possible time, not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents about the event.
