What to do in the event of an accident?
Register the accident online
Fill out the accident registration form and attach all available documents. An extract from the esveikata.lt portal is also acceptable.
Quick damage assessment
If the injury is minor, you will be able to estimate the compensation amount during registration.
Document review
We will analyze the submitted documents and assess the damage amount. If additional information is needed, we will contact you for further details.
Compensation payment
We will make a decision regarding the compensation and transfer the payment to your specified bank account.

We always inform our clients about the status of their claims. When the status has changed, or there is a need for additional informations, or the indemnity is calculated, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. You can also see the status at the self-service portal.
- In the event of an accident, contact a medical institution immediately, but no later than within 72 hours, to provide you with the necessary medical assistance.

- Inform BTA about the event by phone or by filling in the notification form on the website and submit the necessary documents.
- BTA will make a decision on the payment of the insurance indemnity within the shortest possible time, not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents about the event.
