We offer a wide choice of healthcare providers and a broad range of healthcare services. With BTA Health Insurance, we cover not only treatment expenses but also costs related to maintaining and improving your health.

We offer coverage for:
  • paid outpatient and inpatient treatment services;
  • preventive healthcare services;
  • prescription medications;
  • dental services, including prosthetics and oral hygiene;
  • optical products;
  • rehabilitation services.
Health insurance can be used at any licensed healthcare institution, pharmacy, dental clinic, or optical store throughout Lithuania.
You can apply for health insurance by:
  • completing the enquiry form on the BTA website at www.bta.lt. After receiving your enquiry, a BTA specialist will prepare and provide an insurance offer tailored to your company’s needs;
  • calling the BTA Customer Information Line at +370 5 2600 600;
  • visiting the nearest BTA branch;
  • contacting BTA partners, brokers, or intermediaries.
  • Before using your health insurance, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your policy. At healthcare institutions and pharmacies that are our partners, you will need to present your BTA insurance card and an identity document.
  • At healthcare institutions and pharmacies that are not our partners, you will need to pay for the services yourself and submit a claim to us for reimbursement no later than 30 calendar days after the expenses are incurred.
  • You can submit a claim by completing the application form on our website and providing the required supporting documents.
