We offer coverage for:
- paid outpatient and inpatient treatment services;
- preventive healthcare services;
- prescription medications;
- dental services, including prosthetics and oral hygiene;

- Before using your health insurance, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your policy. At healthcare institutions and pharmacies that are our partners, you will need to present your BTA insurance card and an identity document.
- At healthcare institutions and pharmacies that are not our partners, you will need to pay for the services yourself and submit a claim to us for reimbursement no later than 30 calendar days after the expenses are incurred.
- You can submit a claim by completing the application form on our website and providing the required supporting documents.
